In this session, Dr. Hauser will share how resources and tips for how to start culinary medicine teaching kitchen sessions in health care professional training programs and patient care settings—no fancy equipment needed! She will also guide you through the first session of the Culinary Medicine Curriculum ( you’ll feel more confident conducting a culinary medicine session on your own.
