Climate change, the environment, and human health are very much intertwined with one another. According to Foodtank, emissions from all livestock production constitute 14% of all global emissions and animal production account for 29% of the total agricultural water footprint. A plant-based lifestyle not only creates positive changes for our chronic disease burden but now can be considered a sustainable way to preserve our environment. Learning how to cook plant-based may be the key to that.
