Take the mystery out of preparing and enjoying a plant-based diet. This experience is designed for individuals who seek a more intimate setting in which to hear the message, gain skills, hack tricks, learn how to teach about food, or just collaborate with others while making a ton of delicious, plant-based food.
Our focus will be on plant-based nutrition’s role in disease prevention and reversal, and how to make easy, delicious, appetizing, and enjoyable plant-based food. The class will include dishes and recipes follwing WFPB guidelines tilting towards education and implementation with patients and/or a family. Our hands-on curriculum creates opportunities to use a variety of ingredients while showing off the ease of preparation, depth of flavor, affordability, familiarity, and new twists. Again, Our goal is to give you the information, confidence, and skills to create quick, tasty plant-based recipes ideas for your family, patients, and community.
Our dynamic cooking includes appetizers, then quick demo and discussion followed by hands-on prep, MYO main dishes, dessert, ongoing Q&A, and tons of leftovers!
