Lifestyle Medicine Stefanie Morrow

Stefanie brings a level of passion, energy and expertise for health and wellbeing to her role as the Director of Wellness and Health Coaching at The Ohio State University. Her role is based at the university’s self-funded health plan and includes a team of seven WellCoaches certified Health Coaches, twenty-six biometric health screening registered nurses that deliver more than 22,000 individual appointments annually, department specific chair massage services, educational programming focused on the nine dimensions of wellness, and an Engagement Specialist role created to connect people to healthy lifestyle resources available at OSU. Stefanie partners with others throughout the university including primary care providers and academic faculty to deliver individualized lifestyle medicine programming for the populations we serve.
As a Registered Nurse, Stefanie has been involved in health care leadership and management roles for more than 30 years. She has extensive experience in clinical care, hospital and ambulatory operations, cardiac disease management, business development, and performance management roles throughout Central Ohio. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University’s College of Nursing and Leadership Columbus. In addition to her current role, she serves on the Board of Directors and as the Development Director of Syntero, Inc. as well as a Board of Directors member and Clinical Quality Assurance & Resident Relations Committee member at Friendship Village of Dublin.
