Marc Rosen, MPH, is the Director of Healthcare Integration and Translation at YMCA of the USA. He oversees the deployment of technical assistance, training, and partnership development support to local Ys as they explore and develop formal partnerships with provider organizations to achieve population health goals. In his current role, Marc serves as a subject matter expert on the increasing and valuable role that community-based organizations can play in an evolving health care system. Prior to his current role, Marc spent three and a half years at Y-USA working on its Chronic Disease Prevention Programs team helping local Ys prepare, implement, and sustain the YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program by driving adoption of replicable and recommended practices. Marc has previous experience leading community based, chronic disease prevention and management interventions with focuses on asthma and tobacco control. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Latin American Studies and Spanish and a Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
