Dr. Kerry Graff, MD serves as lead lifestyle medicine physician at Rochester Regional Health. She graduated from Cornell University in 1990 with a A.B. in Biology. After obtaining her MD degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1994, she completed a family practice residency program at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA. She relocated to Canandaigua, NY after residency to practice family medicine. After experiencing a personal health transformation by adopting a whole food, plant-based diet in 2014, she earned her certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from e-Cornell and began incorporating lifestyle medicine principles into her practice of medicine. She was among the initial cohort to become board certified in Lifestyle Medicine in 2017.
After having a private hybrid family and lifestyle medicine practice for 5 years, she joined Rochester Regional Health in 2018 as lead lifestyle medicine physician, working to incorporate lifestyle medicine priniciples into the heart of the health system–it’s primary care network.
She continues to serve as chief medical officer of 4Leaf Global and is the co-author of the 4Leaf Guide to Vibrant Health–Using the Power of Food to Heal Ourselves and Our Planet.
