Jeff Young is a Kinesiologist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ACSM “Exercise is Medicine” credentialed, and a continuing education Provider for the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jeff has 15 years of medical fitness experience, which includes working at world-class facilities such as Duke University, UCLA, Beth Israel, and Mount Sinai Medical Centers. Jeff has presented on medical fitness for the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, the American College of Preventive Medicine, and the Medical Fitness Association since 2015. He has guest lectured at Penn State since 2013, Hofstra University since 2014, as well as UConn, Syracuse, and Indiana Universities. He is the creator and co-chair of a fitness working group within the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Jeff’s primary passion is to connect healthcare providers and their patients with qualified fitness professionals across the U.S.
